The inside circumference is given in millimeters and inches for each bracelet. If you take a piece of heavy paper, wide enough for you to handle easily, and cut and tape it to the circumference specified, you may then determine if the bracelet will fit over your hand. Keep it in mind that bangle bracelets go on easier than they come off.
