Stock Pin with Amethyst
DDSPA This stock pin was made especially for Dressage Desperados from a suggestion from Debbie Lindley when Dianne and Bernd showed her the pendant Bernd had made for Dianne. It is made primarily of Argentium Sterling Silver® which has had some of the copper in the alloy replaced with germanium to make it more resistant to tarnishing. The pin comes with a tie tack type clutch. The amethyst is African (the darkest and richest color) and is a 4mm faceted round.
Size: 30mm (1.18") at the longest top to bottom by 26mm (1.02") wide at the widest point. Measurements approximate.

Pendant
DDP This is the pendant as Bernd originally made it for Dianne. The bail will accommodate chains and cords with a diameter no greater than 2.5mm (we offer chains below). It is made mainly of Argentium Sterling Silver® with the bail being sterling silver.

Pendant with Amethyst
DDPA This pendant is constructed from the same materials as the plain pendant with the exception of the addition of a 4mm faceted round African amethyst. If you would like some other stone in place of the amethyst (which was used for the club's color of purple), please contact us at 928-772-2665 or e-mail us and we will discuss the options and cost.

Double D earrings
DDE The earrings are just too cute for words. They are also made primarily from the more tarnish resistant Argentium Sterling Silver®. The posts and backs are sterling. The backs are large to insure a good, secure fit. The post is soldered on at the balance point of the top of the top D.

Sterling Diamond Cut Wheat Link Chain
CHØ All of our chains are of Italian manufacture; some of the best in the world. Our sterling silver wheat link chains are diamond cut for extra sparkle. They come in a 16 inch length as well as an 18". The clasp is a sturdy lobster claw.

Fresh Water Pearls is another option
If you would like a pendant (with or without the faceted amethyst), but do not want to hang it from a sterling chain, gemstone strands are another option. Horse Hair Earrings
Horse Hair Earrings Debbie Lindley had to put down her beloved horse, Magic. He was a black Percheron stallion and a good friend. Deb's daughter, Kim asked Dianne if she would make some earrings from hair taken from his mane as a reminder of the connection between her mother and Magic. Dianne had done this for Kim when she lost Margarita to old age. This is the result.
If you would like something similar done, please contact Dianne and you can settle the details. When the earrings are finished and ready to ship, we can send you a personal payment button in an e-mail. Or if you would prefer, other arrangements for payment and delivery may be made.
Size of ferule: outside diameter - 2.80mm (about 1/10 of an inch), inside diameter - 1.80mm, overall length - 10.0mm (about 4/10 of an inch). Larger ferules are available. The overall finished length of the earring will depend on how long you want the hair and the type of ear wire used.

Another view
SHorse Hair Keepsake Kim Kolstad's horse, Margarita, died of old age Christmas of 2009. Dianne had picked up some of Margarita's hair and decided to make a keepsake for her. Recently, Debbie Lindley (Kim's mom) had to put down her horse, Magic, and so Dianne made a second keepsake. This is the one pictured here.
Dianne would be happy to do the same for you if you have just lost a horse or simply feel the need to keep a bit of your horse near you at all times. We all wish losing horses never happened, but it is a sad fact of life and if you have just lost one Dianne and Bernd send you their heartfelt sympathy.
The ferule is one inch long and fabricated from sterling silver. The diameter will depend on the amount of hair she has to work with. The length will depend on the same. All the details may be worked out by first contacting Dianne, including the type of stones you would like, if any.
The keepsake is not really meant to be worn as a necklace, but if that is your desire, a smaller version could be made.

Amethyst and Sterling Silver Double D Bracelet
DSL 1476 Double D Bracelet Three different shapes of amethyst beads and sterling silver "flowers" make up the majority of this adjustable length bracelet. The extender chain is made of sterling silver heart links and at the end sports two "D" charms emblematic of Dressage Desperados. The beads were hand linked together with a technique known as "wire wrapping." Sterling silver throughout.
Length: adjustable from 7.5 to 8.5 inches
