PAYPAL is the easiest and most secure method of payment, but you may also use your favorite charge card. Simply click on the "Add to Cart" button for any item you wish to purchase. You may view your cart at any time and from there, proceed to a completely secure checkout.
WE will do our best to keep our website up to date. In the event that you should order an item on-line that is no longer available, we will contact you and discuss our options. We can refund you the full purchase amount or in some cases, create for you something similar to what you wanted. We do not, however, produce complete from scratch, commissioned custom work.
Shipping
ALL orders will be shipped by way of the United States Postal Service. They will be sent by First Class mail. If you need your purchase to reach you faster or prefer some other method of shipment, there may be additional charges.
YOUR order will be shipped within three days of confirmation of payment.
SHIPPING fees are added automatically to your order at time of check out. If you are ordering by phone or e-mail, we will add the shipping to the purchase and give you the total.
Domestic Rates: $0.01 to $5.00 = $1.00 5.01 to 10.00 = 1.50 10.01 to 20.00 = 2.50 20.01 to 40.00 = 5.00 40.01 and up = 8.00
International Rate: Our international shipping rate is currently a flat $20.00 per order. We encourage our international buyers to contact us by e-mail prior to ordering. It may be possible to make other arrangements.
SALES tax will only be added to orders placed by residents of Arizona.
Guarantee
MOST of the materials we use are natural and we have selected the best quality that we can, but we can not guarantee the natural stones, for life, against breakage.
WE will pack all items to prevent breakage in transit, but if an item should fail during normal wear (please see Caring for Your Jewelry), from a defect in workmanship, we will repair it at no cost to you. When you send us an item for repair, you must sent it insured and the cost of sending it to us will be your responsibility. We will cover the return postage.
YOU must first contact us by phone at (928)772-2665, before sending anything to us for repair.
Return Policy
YOU may return your jewelry within 30 days of purchase. You will be refunded the cost of the item, but none of the shipping. You must return your jewelry to us by insured mail or UPS.
BEFORE returning anything to us for refund, you must call us at (928)772-2665. Anything returned without an authorization number will be returned to you.
PLEASE allow us up to five days, upon receipt of your return, to process your refund.

ULTIMATELY, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. To that end, we will work with you to provide satisfaction in what ever way possible.
Caring for Your Jewelry
REMOVE your jewelry when gardening, working with tools, doing household chores and repairs, exercising and playing sports.
APPLY hair spray, perfume and cosmetics before putting on your jewelry.
ALWAYS remove your jewelry before using any product that contains bleach. Do not wear your jewelry in pools or hot tubs. Remove your jewelry before bathing or showering.
MANY lotions, perfumes and chemicals may discolor semi-precious gemstones. Some chemicals are damaging to metals.
CLEAN your pearls by dampening a soft cloth and gently wiping them.
CLEANING and brightening your sterling silver can best be accomplished with a polishing cloth. They are usually treated with chemicals to remove tarnish and help limit further tarnishing.
MOST of your other gemstones can be cleaned as for pearls.
Storing your Jewelry
STORE each item separately of every other. They can damage each other. For example, diamond will scratch all other gemstones.
ANYTHING strung on thread or cord will stretch over time if stored by hanging. Lay them down. For the most part we use a nylon coated, steel cable that will not stretch. We will let you know if we have used something else.
NEVER store pearls for long periods in a sealed plastic bag. They will dry out and crack. The best way to care for your pearls is to wear them often.
THE best way to keep your sterling from tarnishing is to store it in plastic bags. You can add an anti-tarnish strip, if you like. We do provide an anti-tarnish baggie with each purchase.
