The Dark of The Moon and The Setting Sun
SyZ 0010 "The Dark of The Moon and The Setting Sun" is a design idea that literally came to Dianne in the middle of the night during the time of the new moon. It was a real challenge to bring this pendant from imagination to reality. The two-sided pendant is bound together by an equilateral cross done in sterling silver. Except for the bezels, which are fine silver (99.9% silver), the balance of the necklace is sterling silver. If you hold the pendant to the light with the carnelian facing you, you will see a ghost of the star diopside on the other side. If you hold it with the star diopside facing you, you see a halo around it from the carnelian. All in all, it is an entrancing pendant. The chain is a diamond cut wheat link.
Size: The chain is 18 inches long. The pendant is 2 inches long overall and 1.25 inches wide at the widest.
