Rhodochrosite pendant
SyZ 0103 There is just something about Rhodochrosite that gets Dianne going. She really wishes she had cut this beautiful cabochon, but she bought it in Tucson. This is the first time she has put a 14K yellow gold accent on a pendant. The rest of this creation is sterling and fine silver. The front has a fine grain texture and the back has a swirled satin finish.

Petrified root and Ruby Zoisite
SyZ0028 Petrified wood root, Ruby Zoisite and Sterling. When you tip the bottom end up, you can see all the wonderful growth rings. What they call "full round" pieces are somewhat uncommon and this one is a real treat. The bail will accommodate a chain or cord that is 4mm or smaller.

Horse Hair Keepsake
Horse Hair Keepsake A friend of Dianne's had to put down her horse, Margarita, a while ago. Dianne had picked up some of Margarita's hair and decided to make a keepsake for her friend. Then the friend's mother (also a friend) had to put down her horse, Magic, and so Dianne made a second keepsake. This is the one pictured here.
Dianne would be happy to do the same for you if you have just lost a horse or simply feel the need to keep a bit of your horse near you at all times.
The ferule is one inch long and fabricated from sterling silver. The diameter will depend on the amount of hair she has to work with. The length will depend on the same. All the details may be worked out by first contacting Dianne, including the type of stones you would like, if any.
The keepsake is not really meant to be worn as a necklace, but if that is your desire, a smaller version could be made.

SyZ0029 Rare Red Crazy Lace Agate (self-cut) and sterling silver. The silver that is exposed around the cabochon is lightly textured. The back has a swirled satin finish. The bail will accommodate a chain or cord 8.5mm or smaller.

Anemone
SyZ 0132 "Anemone" Rainbow moonstone seems to go with just about everything. It's very pale, slightly bluish cast will compliment many other colors. The flashes of rainbow color contained with in it keep it from being boring. The moonstone is set entirely in sterling silver that has a soft brushed finish. The bail was twisted from 18 gauge sterling silver wire.
Size: 2.25 inches long, .75 inches wide, the bail is 4.0mm in diameter.

This rare Arizona Plume Agate was cut, polished and mounted to show it in its best light. Indeed, if you hold it up to the light, you can see through parts of it. Also, the druse on the side and in the middle was preserved.

SyZ 0009 The cut of this stone appears to be unfinished. It was left this way to show off the small crystal points. Agate with quartz in sterling silver. The pendant has a swirled satin finish on the back.
Size: the pendant is 2 inches by 1.5 inches, the bail has an inside diameter of 8mm.
